Brett and Brett to be Honoured at the CCMAs in September

The 2026 Gary Slaight Humanitarian Award will be awarded to Brett Kissel and W. Brett Wilson (known under their joint philanthropic banner "BrettBrett") during the Canadian Country Music Association's Country Music Week in Saskatoon in mid September. The pair have raised over eleven million dollars since starting their collaboration in 2010. In 2017, they organized and funded a trip to Tijuana with Youth With a Mission’s Homes of Hope program, where more than 40 participants built homes for families living in poverty.
